Current position: the website code does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, marketing or preference cookies, and it does not use local browser storage. No marketing or behavioural tracking is included.

Our hosting and form provider, Netlify, may process technical request information or use security and delivery mechanisms needed to serve the site, protect forms and prevent abuse. Technology that is strictly necessary for a service you request does not require optional marketing consent, but it remains limited to that purpose.
What we do not currently use

- advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking pixels;
- personalisation or preference cookies; or

Because no optional storage or tracking technology is intentionally deployed, the website does not currently display a cookie-consent banner.
Form and server data
A form submission sends the information you enter to the hosting provider for delivery to Matthews Construction Group Ltd. This is data processing rather than a claim that a cookie is set. Basic server and security logs may also be created. See the privacy notice for purposes, recipients, retention criteria and rights.
Future changes and browser controls
If optional analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage technology is added, this notice and the consent controls must be updated before that technology is activated. You can also use browser settings to inspect or remove stored website data, although blocking strictly necessary mechanisms may affect form or security functions.
